for example, someones leg mangled in accident. it has to be amputated. how is it disposed of?

cremate it and burry them in mass graves. or if its usable (like the bone marrow) re use it on the person, or if there a donor giv it to someone else that needs, it...some hospitals even do this if your not a doror like a blackmarket..

Dispose it or use it for transplants. Some of them in NYC were selling it for money till they were busted.

Sell it on ebay. The world is your marketplace.

if it was amputated due to a disease or injury then it will be looked at by a pathologist.After that then it is disposed of by medical waste facility...cremation ....

it's sealed in a bag and then it probably is taken somewhere to be burned
