Try a tongue brusher or scraper. A lot of odor comes from that. My father has the exact same problem. I gave him a bottle of this odor-eliminator spray I use called Approach. It's natural and stuff so he can spray it right in his mouth. Drink a little water afterwards to get the mild aftertaste out and it'll work like magic. Good to use in a pinch. I also gave some to my brother when he developed the same problem.

Go to www.approachit.net and give it a shot. It's definately worked for him and made family dinners much more bearable!

Good luck and you aren't alone!

Your "mouth odor" comes from your stomach. I would recommend you try to cleanse yourself with 21-Day Herbal Cleanser, or Herbal Aloe Drink, or Specialized Internal Program
any of these will help. You cannot find them in stores, so go to www.beaturlbs-mall.com click on Digestive Health, and you`ll see them there.

well. maybe you could try mouthwash. that could help.

or perhaps, if your breath really is bad bad BAD, you may have...i forget what it's called...halitosis or something i think...

it is chronic bad breath, and i believe it's treatable by a doctor. my friend has it. and he's getting it worked on. supposedly.

also, you may want to try a tongue "scraper"...it's usually a little piece of plastic you buy at CVS or something and you just use it to take off the excess junk sitting on your tongue. and while "scraper" sounds painful, it isn't at all. it doesn't actually scrape, i just don't know what they call it. but yea, bacteria on your tongue can cause bad breath as well, so this is a good thing to try.

good luck! =D

PS okay, so i guess the people above me are proving to be a little more helpful about that halitosis thing...haha. i didn't see.

Floss ur tooth after foodstuff. Use teeth paste a minimum of two times an afternoon particularly after having a proper meal. Rinse ur mouth with a good mouth wash after utilising teeth paste & previously going 2 mattress.

As applicable:
stop smoking, cut back on your drinking of alcohol, cut back on soda/pop.
Drink a lot of water. Water is nature's mouth wash.
Mouthwashes usually have alcohol in them. Alcohol dries out your mouth and also kills the good germs in your mouth leaving it unprotected from the bad germs.

Bad mouth odour usually comes from your tongue. So I would suggest brushing your tongue 3 times a day.(Aswell as your teeth)
