I'm 26 and seem to be having some epiphany about death. Maybe I'm scared, maybe I'm curious, maybe I'm looking for comfort in other people thoughts. I dunno! I know that I am interested in any case. So...what are your thoughts?

Muslisms believe that this life is a test for hereafter ...Bible also talks about this....
yes we should be scared , but we should be scared about the deeds in this world .... are we preparing for another life ???? lets see what Quran says ...

"Every soul shall have
A taste of death:
And only on the Day
Of Judgement shall you
Be paid your full recompense.
Only he who is saved
Far from the Fire
And admitted to the Garden
Will have attained
The object (of life):
For the life of this world
Is but goods and chattels
Of deception."
[Al-Qur’an 3:185]

so do good deeds and hope for the best because Quran also says :

"God is never unjust
In the least degree"

[Al-Qur’an 4:40]

The Bible says that those who die rest in the grave until the second coming of Jesus and judgment is then awarded to each person according to their works. The immortality of the soul is a lie, remember in the Bible it says that when Jesus returns again in the clouds there will be a great trumpet and the dead in Christ will rise first and those that are alive will meet him in the air and then we all go to heaven with him. If you go to heaven or hell right after you die why would you need to be resurrected at the second coming of Jesus Christ, or why would he need to come at all.

Yes, logic dictates that there is life after death in the spirit world. We on earth do not know what this world is like, of course, but I guarantee it is better than our best days here.

Plutosangel, please don't be rude. You shouldn't assume that she is a person who doesn't do good things and that it is the reason it is bothering her.

To answer your question. I believe that even if there is no after-life, as long as I've lived my life to the fullest and have made myself and others happy, then I've done the best I could have did ^_^. Just think of the things that make you happy ^_^.

ok that's from my heart- i actually firmly have faith there is life after death! i think that there is a heaven and a hell. I even have heard of persons who've "died" on the working table and got here back and function informed how they observed heaven. additionally examine the e book "23 minutes in Hell" by making use of bill Weiss. it truly is a short, effortless to confirm e book, and extremely, very very thrilling! i could no longer positioned it down and my co-workers have been entralled by making use of it additionally. by making use of the way, isn't it extra logical to have faith in God? think of roughly it, if there is no God, yet you think all your life- there is no harm executed, in actuality you will lead a life with desire in case you think. Now in case you do not have faith and it seems there is one, then it ought to point eternal damnation- so my heart and head tells me it truly is sturdy to have faith.

death is something that all of us will experience so no matter what you just have to accept it. life after death in most religion depends on what we have done in this world, just trust yourself in doing what you think is good and i believe you'll be alright. just don't think about it all the time and go live and enjoy your life without stepping on anybody's toes

I'm terrified. Sometimes I think it will just go black and that's it. I was raised Catholic so we believe in life after death but I worry about being wrong.
