The reason i ask is that my girlfriend wants me to lose the "relaxed fit" look. I keep telling her that tight pants are very uncomfortable to me. I think most guys would agree. The more room you have for your package the better. Plus I think tight pants look wierd on a guy. Your thoughts please.

why don't you try to compromise with her? there are tighter "relaxed fit" pants out there, not every brand makes their relaxed fit as baggy as the next. just go to mall, try a couple different stores and see what you think. but i totally agree about not wanting to wear tight pants, that is just unattractive...i love a guy that has that relaxed fit look

I think that tight pants on guys look silly. I only buy my husband relaxed fit. I don't find it attractive at all. However, you girlfriend may like that and you should get a least one pair and wear the for her around the house to make her happy. I am sure she dresses sexy for you and it would be nice for you to return the favor.

Tight is not good...fitting is more like it. For ur girlfriend to say u need tighter pants says how sloppy ur dressing sense is. so chuck the loose baggies and switch to smart fitting pants which gives u enough room to all ur bady parts to breathe easy. but definitely not too tight.
A fit pair of trouser talks a lot about ur personality and confidence, needless to say u will look smart and definitely ur Gf will love showing u off. Ur loose pants will convey how careless attitude towards life and maybe a lot towards ur GF too.

to be honest your girlfriend should respect you for what you find comfortable! if you want looser fiiting pants then you wear loser fitting pants!
If you tried to tell her what to say then she would go mad! Stand your ground and explain to her that you do not like wearing tight pants, and she should respect your decision on what you like! Say your sorry if this upsets her but you find them too uncomfortable to wear!
Be a man!!!!
By the way ...personally as well i hate tight pants on guys!! most women do!!! especially as we don't want the package getting damaged! Like you say...the more room the better...you can slip your hand down easier then!!!!lol!!!

I don't like tight pants on my man personally. I like the relaxed fit better, but not hanging off his butt.

For me, I like my guy to wear not to tight and not to loose. If a guy wears tight pants then I feel really bad for them, because I think to myself how unconfortable. but I also don't want him to wear pants that fall down each time he takes a step forward. but about the whole tight pants, if he wants to wear them it's fine with me, but pants that are falling off of him are a huge turn off for me.

tight Pants: um it's ok if u want to wear it but if u look very straight forward with tight pants, men will think u look gay and fall inlove with u!
Loose pants: BETTER RESULTS!!! bc it gives u an attitude : relaxed, comnfortable and friendly outlook
