I would skip the parsley since it is usually used as a garnish or just to freshen the taste. Anything else will add its own flavor, tarragon, cilantro, rosemary, chervil, chives, all are strong enough to change the flavor of your dish.

Meh, parsley can be added or taken out of just about anything. I wouldn't even worry about it.

cilantro but stronger taste as is tarragon...depending on the dish these might work
