It's kind of a new concept, but folks have been trying to reconcile the different 'versions' of religions for years.
God is not 'one' with the universe. He's the creator, everything else is the created.
God is 'One', 3 persons, - one god head.
The only human person to come to earth as God, - is Jesus. Others may not have even made this claim, - but his followers may have exalted, him to that status.
And no, God the Father did not appear as these other forms. If another religious icon, aligned correctly with Bible teachings, -then great. I still give credit to the original author, - ie God of the Hebrews.

God is certainly one; but his/her/its qualities are infinite. Because of the extremely limited vision/perception it is impossible for any of his created/evolved elements to know or realise all these in toto; nor it is necessary. God created but never interferes with the machine he has created. God is not a remote control. The system is an automatic or feed back control system, which at the time of creation was in a dynamic equlibrium. This equilibrium was always unstable; so much so any perturbation any where in the universe would set in a chain reaction an leads to annihilation or dissipation. When the rate of deterioration is high, some learned person tries his/her best to set it right and generally fail in the long term. These people may be called incarnations of God. But every element in this creation is God's incarnation.
Of the list given by you, Rama, Krishna, Buddha and Jesus never claimed they God. Rama, Krishna, Buddha and Mahaveer were born to father and mother like any of us. Coming to Vishnu and Shiva, they are only representative of three qualities and as such are different from the supreme being. Upanishads do say that.
Finally God may be called or addressed in different ways by man depending on which of god's quality impresses the homosapien. If I am sure about anything that is that God does not tell any one how god should be addressed. Assuming god is male, or female and favors some one and curses others is our foolishness Dont drag God into this.

It might be the world is not global long time ago. So, people in India knows it as Shiva, people in Europe and Middle East as Jesus, etc. Now the challenge is we are global now and this different belief which rooted so deep clashes with each other.
That is why God is crying. He meant it for people to know Him but apparently people still could not understand that.

Muslims never say that Allah decended on earth. check your sources. About the rest i don't think god has to come down to earth so solve "little earthly" matters. He is the supreme power & can look after everything from the heavens. its so foolish to think that god has to come down to earth for us.
