depends on your method of cooking. There should be no pink inside and the meat should pull away from the bone easily...just slide off is best. If the meat wants to cling to the bone...you need to keep cooking.

White and completely opaque. If there is any pinkness or slight transparency in the meat it is not cooked. If you put a knife into the meat, take it out and then press beside the knife mark, the juices that run out should be completely clear.

White. There shouldn't be any pink in it at all. If you really want to see if it's safe, test it with a cooking thermometer when you get it out of the oven.
