How can I find my long lost sister with only knowing very little about her.I need help don't know what to do.

She was adopted when our father passed away, and I don't even know how to go about looking for her.

Well if you knew she was adopted out then you know her last name. Try searching for her through and adoption agency, or you could go to Montel.com or drphil.com, or even oprah.com they will be glad to help you.. Give it a try!! Good Luck and I hope you find your sister..;-)

lots of times if you know the city in which she lived , you can find newspaper articles on line of births. Adoption Agencies in that town or locally can be found by asking direct reassistance-dial 411 and ask for any adoption Agencies in the town from which she lived. Call the adoption Agency and explain yourcsircumstance, there may be a chance you can find out more info there. I hope you find your sister. God Bless and Good Luck.
