Just ask her if she wants to go see a movie or get something to eat or whatever you're wanting to do...be specific. If you're wanting to see a movie, don't just say sometime next week, say next Friday night or whatever. If she says she's busy but seems interested, she probably is busy, so try another time. Just do it, and it's a lot easier than you think, and gets easier every time.
Don't email her, because that can take too long to get a reply, she could miss it or not check until later, too many thing could go wrong. Calling her's ok, but if you want to take the chicken way out, ask her out over instant messanger. I will admit, though, that I have done that before. :)

you just ask. u can w8 4 her 2 ask you, but that may take forever! i suggest email her, call her, or just ask her! if there is like a dance or somethin like that, ask her to it! good luck!
