Well, I graduated from a Bachelor's degree program in Hospitality Administration almost 6 years ago now and, although I left hospitality for a bit, I'm back in and can tell you that it is rebounding from the problems over the past 4 years. September 11th, unfortunately, hit the industry rather hard but it has survived and is returning to the way it once was. By the time you graduate, it should be more than recovered. Incidentally, I work as a consultant now instead of in actual hotels and restaurants but that was simply because I needed a lifestyle change due to other changes outside of my job.

people love to spend money, so I would say the future looks good. there will always be hotels to manage and people to please
