it was just yestrday when i was thinking of this qs.i thought that i make sooo much mess with the daily breakfast, wat would i give my children as breakfast when i ll be a mom...
i scetched it out in a paper wat i prefer to eat in breakfast, like on sunday puri with potato fries and curry, on monday bread and butter with boiled egg and fruit juice, on tuesday cornflakes in milk.....
but then i realised it is going to be the that monotonous again after not more than two weeks.
you have asked FOR THE BEST FOOD.i feel personally any food taken happily and eaten merrily is the BEST FOOD.
as our life goes on, with so many monotony all around we get tired and wish to have something new something special and something different.
that feeling also reflect in your wish to have change in breakfast
if you really wish to start your day with the best breakfast try to make it with least oil, freash fruits fruit juices and lots of love .

Something which gives you complex carbohydrates which the body will burn for several hours. Whole grain bread or cereal is good. Porridge is excellent. Fruit is also very good.

Avoid sugary foods such as choc chip cookies. The calories in these will burn off quickly, leaving you feeling listless and craving another sugar "hit." Look at the sugar and salt content of some packaged cereals and be amazed at the levels, even in so called healthy brands. "Healthy" cereal bars are forbidden in my house because they are about one-third sugar!

Sausages, eggs, fried food, cheese and other fatty foods are fine if you are a farm worker who is going to burn off a zillion calories chopping wood all day. Otherwise you will get fat and your arteries will fur up, making you sick or even killing you. My best pal's dad had a fry up every day and died at 32 from a heart attack.

A few slices of toasted wholegrain bread with banana mashed on top is hard to beat. Poached or boiled egg on top is first class. Even an apple is better than some of the rubbish cereals out there.

You can make your own muesli -see links below. Most people find that cereal fibre in their diet improves their digestion enormously!

Interestingly, if you want to lose weight, a good breakfast is supposed to "kick start" your metabolism, helping to burn off fat during the day. Some of the fattest people I know actually miss breakfast! But dieticians say that it is the most important meal of the day. So eat healthy and stay fit.

It's best to choose something with protein/low fat to start. One good one is to substitute bacon for "Fakey Bacon". Get the sliced beef that's packaged, spread the pieces around on a plate and microwave about 5 min. depending how crispy you like it.
When you are making hamburgers for dinner, make a small patty for the next day's breakfast. Heat it up with some salsa.
There are lots of things that have protein and low in fat. Add fruit in there too. Might try things you used to hate (I hated pineapple) fix it in a different way or add a seasoning you like. If you make a fruit salad ahead of time (chunks of cantaloupe, honeydew, pineapple, red seedless grapes, bananas) sprinkle a seasoning on that you like. I got one in Mexico that has a lime flavor and Mexican spices. It can be found here too. The kids in Mexico use it with snacks.
Keep a few hard boiled eggs around so you can peel one and run. Do you Juice? Carrot juice with some V-8 is good. Apples stick with you for a long, long time, try to squeeze them into your breakfast too.

Chorizo con huevos - Put that on a warm corn tortilla sprinkle alittle salt and lime juice on it. It is perfect.
And if you don't like that go with eggs, bacon, and french toast or even normal toast for breakfast. That will keep you good til lunch and you'll have energy.
