There is a lot of reason that is based on the Bible that shows that the actual Bibler and Actual Science are very compatible (NOT theories about either or both!).
For great examples, I suggest you read:
Reconciling Science and Religion :
"Science and religion [are] no longer seen as incompatible."--"The Daily Telegraph", London - May 26, 1999

There are also several related articles that are live-linked to this one, for the convenience of those most interested.
(see links near top-left)
There are also several live-Scripture links to various ones refered to in the article. All one needs do is 'click', & read them ...
Sincerely,
"Make Sure of All things; Hold Fast to what is Fine!"

I don't believe there is. Jefferson made an interesting note on the relationship between science and religion:
All eyes are opened, or opening, to the rights of man. The general spread of the light of science has already laid open to every view the palpable truth, that the mass of mankind has not been born with saddles on their backs, nor a favored few booted and spurred, ready to ride them legitimately, by the grace of God.
-Thomas Jefferson, letter to Roger C. Weightman, June 24, 1826 (in the last letter he penned)

2pe 3:3 Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts,
2pe 3:4 And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation.
2pe 3:5 For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water:
2pe 3:6 Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished:
2pe 3:7 But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.

Check out Amazon.com and do a search for "science and the Bible" you will get a good number of books that might contain what you are looking for. I read a book on the subject years ago, but right now the title escapes me.
