Styles irrelevant. Learn just one style, and you can make up new ones, on your own.

I suggest Gurmukh,
"Kundalini Yoga."

Nowadays, everyone who want to make a few bucks, "invents": another form of yoga,

WOE unto them. All of Yoga was codified by Patanjali, thousands of years ago,

Anyone who claims to have
invented a new form,is just a buck-grubbing ripoff.

Study classic yoga, and you can then later invent your own forms.

!Namaste!

there are many variations of yoga from india to japan to china and so on. In all of them you will find that there is no definite origin, but i say if there is none that means the origin starts from us(people) within. the whole focus is clearity of mind, healing/health, manipulation of mind & body, and most importantly belief and intent, all this deals with the body so why not that b the origin right?
