Headache is a symptom of quite a few medical problems, you really should get it checked out by a doc. as without examining you in person you cannot get an accurate answer.

There are literally dozens of medical conditions that can give you headaches, including a number of them where headaches are the primary symptom, like migraine, cluster headaches, sinus headaches, tension headaches, etc. Also pay attention to whether there are other symptoms that tend to occur with the headaches, since they can give clues to the type and origin. In RARE cases chronic headaches can result from some kind of pathology inside the head (like a brain tumor or fluid blockage), but they tend to have a particular cluster of other symptoms associated with them and increase in severity over time.
My suggestion would be to talk to your doctor about this...there are treatments for most kinds of headaches that would at least relieve the pain to a degree, and if you know where they come from, you can figure out ways to avoid them or at least make them less frequent.

They say migraines might be caused from some kind of disorder or illness. As for regular headaches, I do believe it's caused from blood vessels swelling with blood and throbbing.

Possibly migraine. Do you have severe sensitivity to light while you have the headache? Do you get nauseous? Do you see "auras" or spots before you get the headache? If the answer is yes to any of these, you could be experiencing migraines. Talk to your doctor.

Headaches happen because the blood vessels in our brain expand and/or contract unpredictably.
Migraines are the worst.
Ice bags or a bag of frozen peas helps.
See your doctor. They have treatmnts for this, nowdays.
