Leave him alone. Why did he feel you were not enough and go "taste-testing" in the whole village, anyway. You deserve better. Unless he can prove that he is done and that you are absolutely the one and he has made the mistake of his life, leave him right where he stands. If he makes excuses of ANY kind for his behavior, believe - he'll do it again.

by now I`d say he would have abit of dick rot and suck din to him too But unfortunately for you he has probably passed diseases from one end of town to the other so quickly go out and find yourself a non contaminated man : o ). And what to do to him? don't do anything because grace and dignity are the best come backs.

Get him a Good Physical checking for every known STDs.
If he somehow lucked out... have him teach you some of the things he no doubt learned.
