In my opinion, meeting people on line is like answering the phone...you can talk to them but you can't always believe what they say....or see them if they are strangers.....we always want to trust anyone we meet..but in today's world....you can't be that trusting....if someone came up to you at the shopping mall....and you didn't know him or her... how would you know their intentions....people you meet on line are the same ....I hope most are honest...it's a chance you take....yes you can fall in love with someone on line...some do and have a good relationship it's not like in real life where you build a relationship by getting to know them by sight and other ways. .Peace and be safe....

Since love is an emotion - absolutely...however, since there's more that "love" to sustaining a relationship, you may want to actually meet the person :-).
