Yes in a way, although I wouldn't say wisdom, because to me that sounds like a mystification, like it's a superior kind of knowledge. Given that deciding you don't like tomato in fruit salad is a subjective decision I would say "judgment" instead (it's still a judgment most would agree with).

ps - did you know that a tomato is moreover a berry?

a nice way to think of things. yes. knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit but wisdom is knowing not to put it in the fruit salad. however you are lacking in the knowledge department because unlike how you said the tomato IS a fruit. it is a common misconception that because it is savoury it is a vegetable. the cucumber is also a fruit.
