i ve p cos, every one frightens me that it is very dangerous forr getting preg. pls help and give me suggestion what i should do..

Polycystic ovary syndrome is a benign disorder, but can cause problems for women who have it. They have ovaries that are covered by a smooth, thickened capsule and contain many small cysts.
The ovaries may be of normal size or enlarged. They do not seem to function properly, and so infertility due to failure to release eggs is a problem.

Go to your search engine and type in PCOS or Polycystic Ovaries..that should take you to many pages about the subject. It can affect fertility, cause acne, stubborn weight, thickening of hair growth on your body..if you have it you will need to read as much as possible and talk with your doctor.

my main suggestion would be to talk to your gynocologist or look up info online but it just means you have cycts on your ovaries but they can be removed if they are painful. a few of my friends have that, some say its genetic some say it comes from sexual activity but thats why i say talk to your doctor instea dof going on heresay. it supposedly does slim chances for having a baby but its not impossible- nothing is impossible.
