I could do coffee of course, what else?

Of course, you already mentioned caffeine. A catnap or two might help you keep from crashing before the day is out - taking a short 15 or 20 minute rest once or twice in the day. Any longer and you'll sleep too deeply and won't be able to get up again.

Lots of walking around in the fresh air might help, and taking as many breaks as possible from monotonous tasks to move around.

Stay as active and busy as possible.

Seriously, try to stay busy and look to things to do. Don't put yourself in a bed, coach or kind of...
You can take an extra nap of 15 minutes (UP TO 20 but that's it!!) to get some extra power... It will give you a lot of rest and maybe keep you up till tonight..

go swimming it worked for me i stayed up for 3 days a couple of times, the first time i just played video games all night then watched adult swim all night 3rd time went swimming all day and watched tv all night then i fell into a comma for 1 day lol. i slept like a dead rock in the morg.

drink some kind of soda (coca cola or pepsi) and add a small spoon of Nescafe to it
it will make some effervesent efect but it's very nice to keep you waking
