Most Christians do 'believe in 'Allah' the God of the Muslims.

They either believe he is a false god, inspired by the devil or mankind to deceive the people.

-or-

believe he's the same God of the Bible, and proper names of the mono-theistic god are inconsequential.

(the first concept is supported by the Bible, the 2nd is proposed in some kind of post-modernism mumbo-jumbo)

PS..
For another concept, some 'fake' Christians think that with a self imposed label of 'christian' they can expound their view of Christianity, with the same weight and authority as Bible-believing Christians. They spout that Jesus was an extra-terrestial from some planet, or that heaven and hell don't exist, and that a supernatural God is 'made up'. They may typically say that the Bible is 'good', but that most of it is in 'error'. I think these folks are the biggest deceivers and hypocrites of all people.

I think if they are true Christians and they say they don't believe in Allah, it's because they don't realize that "Allah" and "God" and "Jehovah" and "Yahweh" and "G-d" are One and the same.
Of course, some people will call themselves Christians but really don't believe in God. Not sure why that would be.

The name Allah is not found in the Bible. The Bible is given so that we may know the one true God. There were lots of leaders and teachers. Only one made the claim to be the sinless Son of God, and lay down down His own perfect, unblemished life as a holy sacrifice. This is so that we could be forgiven through His work and found acceptable to be in the presence of a Holy God for now and for eternity.
