It will drive your insurance up unless you get it deferred or take defensive driving. Plead no contest and take defensive driving and get it off your record. Saves money in the long run. The long run is about a year. It drives up your insurance that much.

Whether you fight the ticket or not is up to you. Your insurance company may, I repeat, MAY raise your premiums for one ticket. Usually, they increase after 3 tickets within a certain time period, or if the speed violation was excessive, or if the policy holder (your parents) have several tickets or claims against the company. My advice, pay the fine, take the school and SLOW DOWN.

if you were speeding you are guilty. Convicted if you have to go to court and you choose to appeal the ticket. (fight it). Your insurance will go up no matter but call the courthouse and set up a payment plan if you can't pay it in full.

How fast were you going? Driving school for too fast over the limit or underage in your state?

take it to a hearing and fight the ticket. If you lose, then choose to do the school, becuz the ticket will make your insurance go up for YEARS

Just pay the ticket and be done with it.

Maybe in future, you will slow down.

I once was like you until i nearly killed someone.
