This is a very interesting subject. As a therapist, I am always aware that what is inside is much nore important than what is outside - but we live in a very looksist society.

I guess there is something here about a need to strive to be perfect....but it is so much more important to work on feeling happier with how we are.

I know of lots of examples of plastic surgery that have helped and that have not. If you are a secure person (and you sound secure!) and you have thought it through, then I think there is nothing wrong with having some plastic surgery. Extensive surgery is another thing - in this case I'd advise therapy first, because it indicates insecurity and lack of confidence.

About the nose job....an ex boyfriend of mine once told me that he had finished a serious relationship with a large nosed girl, because she had her nose modified and he just didn't fancy her any more - her nose was part of her individuality.

I've had my boobs enhanced and I don't regret it - I was between relationshiops and wanted to give my confidence a boost after nursing two children. It did help me. As I get older, I am seriously considering some little enhancements here and there.....so I guess I would have to say, yes I would consider plastic surgery.....but carefully!

Let us know how it goes!!

It's always said... that people who has done plastic surgery has low self-esteem. Would I ever consider plastic surgery? Only if it's definitely worth it, or if my face is disfigured. Otherwise natural is good. Look at Michael Jackson's nose. It's disappointing that his nose is just... so messed up.

Yes, I'd consider it, but only small procedures, not major invasive ones. I worked with a woman who had her nose done and it looked much better after the surgery.

I would only have plastic surgery if something unnatural happened to my body such as having skin graffs for burns. However, if someone came up to me in the street with a voucher for free plastic surgery, I think I would have the lump of fat above my knee removed or my double chin!

listen buddy... every one in this world i unique... y d hell do you need a plastic surgery for yourself.... accept yourself as you are... there will a lot of people who are like you... everyone dislikes some or the other feature in himself/herself.... i dont know why??? do you think doing some cosmetic surgery will fetch you a nice chick??? may be co si know girls will go for that... but for how long.. once you grow old and your face is no longer so attractive, how will you attract girls?? come on man... grow up... this is no solution to anything... BE YOURSELF!!!!! People will like you as you are... Not if you have a nose like Tom Cruise...........

Get rhinoplasty surgery in India.Cosmetic Surgery (including facelift/ breast enhancement tummy tuck./lipo) is very cheap in India. There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges cosmetic surgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Forerunners Healthcare.I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories.I have also read that they arrange financing for international patients as cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance in USA or by the stinking NHS in UK

They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. The cost savings are incredible. As a doctor i personally believe that your surgery can be easily handled in India as the quality of healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star .

My cousin got her cosmetic surgery for breast implant and rhinoplasty surgery and she is more than very happy with the results.SHe is all praise for this forerunners healthcare companyfor the services they provided her.She paid just 30% of the cost what she was quoted in USA and it was like a wonderful vacation for her.Excellent stay, food, best surgeons-she just couldnt stop talking.hope this helps.

No i am very happy the way i am. And i think there is no reason for such drastic matters, nothing a diet and exercise can't sort out. I always prefer natural beauty, no matter how unpleasant it can be sometimes
