"Miracle" Vet/eye surgeon to repair Boston Terrier injured eye.?

Question

I need a superb veternarian in Western US who can repair eye injury where 2 of the four muscles holding eye in have been severed. It has been 8 months and she can not closed eye lid and eye ball is in a very odd position.

take her to the humane society. They will help you there or direct you to a good vet who can help.
