Of course! People are usually on their best behavior until you really get to know them. Sometimes they turn out to be really nice other times they can be really big jerks.

what is true is what may be nice to one may not be nice to you and when you get to know someone the degree to what they expose there weaknesses depends on how much of it you will or can tolerate. so when looking for nice, decide first how much will you be obligated to do for the friendship of a helpless soul

Only the people that pretend to be nice until you get to know them, of which there are many! However, there are many nice people that pretend that they are not, until you get to know them. I think there are nice people that get irritable from time-to-time, like me.

there are people out there that are what they say they are but you just don't see it until you get to know .. If it is not what you want now then you will not be able to change it to what you want it to be later, move on

when we are closer to someone, then that someone may be more open to us, more truthful in being oneself. but then again, the truth is not always beautiful, and that's the risk of a relationship.
