It may be coming from your tongue. Most bad breath comes from the bacteria that grow on your tongue. They are called VSC's (volatile sulfur compounds) I had the same problem that you have. I took really good care of my teeth but I still had bad breath. I found some products that work like a miracle. The products are by Dr. Katz. They are called TheraBreath. There are toothpastes, mouthwashes and chewing gums. The idea is to oxygenate your mouth to prohibit the VSC's from growing. Sulfur cannot survive in an oxygenated environment. I buy the products at CVS or Walgreens. I wish you the best. Take care.

If you brush your teeth and tongue twice a day, floss your teeth once daily, and use mouthwash that should clear up most bad breath. If you still have bad breath, you could have a sinus infection as infected sinuses drain in the throat and cause bad breath. I recommend that you see a doctor to check the health of your sinuses and see a dentist to check the health of your teeth and gums. You can chew sugarless gum or use sugar free breath mints until you see the doctor and dentist. Good luck!

This is a sign of gingivitus, and if you don't take care of it soon, it can advance into peridontitus or something like that. I can't remember the word for it. It destroys the bone that holds your teeth in place and you end up losing them. I have it actually and have to go to a specialist to get it fixed before my teeth fall out.

Don't end up like me, get your teeth and gums X-rayed ASAP.

Try having mint in your mouth regularly. It will reduce the chances of bad breath 95%.

My wife gets on case about this about once every two weeks.
Do go to the dentist and mention your concern, just in case somethings up.

But what helps me is mouth wash. The icky kinda (Listerine?). Once in the AM and once in the PM. Till my mouth stops burning.

Bad breath is also known as hallitosis. It could be gengivitis. You should see a dentist. Also, bad breath can also come from what is in your stomach.
