Hi Simar,
I am a English Voice and Accent trainer for the BPO industry.
To improve your English try out these 10 tips.

i. Observe the mouth movements of those who speak English well and try to imitate them.
ii. Until you learn the correct intonation and rhythm of English, slow your speech down.
iii. Listen to the 'music' of English.
iv. Use the dictionary.
v. Make a list of frequently used words that you find difficult to pronounce and ask someone who speaks the language well to pronounce them for you.
vi. Buy books on tape (or LISTEN to western programs on TV)
vii. Pronounce the ending of each word.
viii. Read aloud in English for 15-20 minutes every day.
ix. Record your own voice and listen for pronunciation mistakes.
x. Be patient.

Here is the website that gives a detailed explanation.

Easy. Try to read English books. Start from the basic and work your way up. You can also look for a partner to whom you can practice your English conversing with. You may also watch English movies more. From my own personal experience, I believe I can speak and write English better just because of those. :)

The best way to learn english and maintain it, is to be with someone who is fluent in english and has proper grammer, and then speak with them in english and allow that person to correct you whenever you make a mistake. Speaking is the fastest way you will learn, reading and writing come next. But mostly, speaking english and communicating in english with someone who is fluent will improve your english drastically. Especially if that is the only way you can communicate.

read a lot
not just books, magazines, comics also count, keep a dictionary near by in order to find out the meaning. use an english dictionary not those bilingual kinds, sometimes they always get the wrong meaning to the words.

other than that, music, listen to your favorite english artist and sing along with them, it doesn't matter if your are tone deaf, as long as the words sound the same, who cares

also watching cds or dvds of you favorite movie in english or english subtitles.

goo luck
