Hey everyone. I have an ouija board (Parker Brothers) and was wondering if I can work it by myself? I have tried a couple times but nothing happened. Is it possible to work one by yourself?

You should be REALLY WORRIED if it ever does start working. God will tell you everything you need to know if you ask Him(1).
If you don't hear, then either you don't *really* need to know, or you have much more important matters to take care of first - something along the lines of cleansing your mind so you'll be able to receive His answer when it comes. But more about that below.
At any rate, any other means of seeking information is not sanctioned by God(2). In other words, if the Ouija board does work, it's from the devil.
Therefore, it is really better to stay away from this - if you want contact with the spiritual realm, make contact with God! If you have not already done so, make an inventory of anything you've done which is not pleasing to Him and turn away from it(3). Put your hope in what He has done for you(4) and ask Him to give you a clean slate(5).
Trust in Him with your whole heart and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your path straight(6).

Bruce, You have no idea in what you seek..Ouija boards, by Parker brothers or not, are very dangerous tools and not toys. It is possible to talk with a Ouija by yourself but lets just say NOT the best idea in the world
and yes it absolutely does work whether you are a believer or a non believer. I'm 35yrs old and have used one many times until terrible things happened. enough said, dont do it

I'm rather experinced with the talking boards.
It is possibel to use one by yourself, but it drains a lot of energy. You will usually need another person just to make the planchette move. It's kinda like sticking a single battery in a remote control when it needs two.
As you talk on your board you'll get stronger and maybe some day you'll be able to talk all by yourself and even be able to do it all in your head. I have a friend who doesn't even need to look at the board because everything that's being spelled out is sent straight to her mind.
I do suggest that you use your board with another person present if nothing else. It is possible to come across spirits that mean you harm and it's easier to keep them under control if you have a second mind.
Also make sure to sharpen up on a few precautions. Under no means should you allow the planchette to perform a complete figure-8. Do not allow the planchette to scroll through all the letters or numbers in order. And do not allow the planchette o touch all four corners of the board. The figure-8 can be hardest to spot as it can be hidden with attempts to spell words that simply aren't words. If a spirit is attempting to spell out "10" ask it to make an arc from 1 to 0 rather that a straight line as that includes all the numbers. Common sense like that.
The reason for these precautions is that said actions are attempts of the spirit to escape the board, producing a perminent haunting. And this is most commonly performed by spirits who mean you harm. In my first- and second-hand experiences this has lead to burns, scratches, possessions, and house fires. I've even heard rumors of really freaky things, like a girl waking up on the ceiling and falling back down to her bed.
All and all talking on a Ouija board is good entertainment, but do be carefull.
And on one last note, don't take any answers too seriousely if a spirit tells you about the future. In my experiences no spirit is omniscient and if they are, they are not obligated to tell the truth by any means. Further more they feed off of your emotional energy and often attempt to "freak you out" because it creats such energy and opens you up for possession.
Ok, last note, I promise. No fresh blood. I know from experience that fresh blood attracts demons and they're usually not so nice.
