Where can I buy cheap and cute puppies here in Singapore?

I want a pet dog which is below S$50. Anybody can help me?

I agree, SPCA. Anyway, before you even get that dog, you'd better ask yourself if you're ready to care for it. Dogs are very expensive to maintain if you want a healthy and happy pet.

If your $50 budget is any reflection on the amount of money you'd be willing to spend to care for it, I'd recommend getting a lower maintenance pet (Rabbit, Rat, Gerbil, Hamster, Guinea Pig).

First of all any dog in the world is a cute dog wether young or old. A dog that is saved from a shelter is the best and most right thing to do. There are so many breeders out there that are in the business just to make money while the dog population is overwhelming. If you would pick a dog or puppy from a shelter you would be saving its life because if they dont get a home after so many months of being there they kill them. Another thing id like to say is for you to even ask such a question about where you can get a dog that will still be cute when it grows up, that tells me that you really shouldnt have an animal at all. People who are worried about what it will look like will be a person who doesnt care about it at all. What if a parent said that about their child? How wrong would that be?? Its the same thing in my eyes. I really think you should stay dog-less

You don't have to pay money for a puppy. Just find some one with a dog that just had a litter if a mutt is OK and they are great pets. If you do not feed them people food they will be healthier and it will cost you less in the long run because of the health. Look in the newspapers and ask around.

I hope you do realised that getting a dog is not just about paying money to buy one. It's a lifetime commitment, and it's not cheap. You need to pay for the dog's food, medical checkup, grooming, accessories like collar, leash, etc. All this don't come cheap.

Until you're sure, please dun rush out to get one. When you're ready, you can consider adopting one from SPCA.

Adopting one from the SPCA is probably the best route for you.
However, if $50 is all you can afford I'd advise you to avoid getting a puppy. The cost of maintenance can easily exceed $50 a month. In fact one visit to the vet can easily top that.

No, not under $50. Try adopting. Make sure you WILL be able to afford proper health care for your dog. You can't put an amount on how much you are willing to spend in health care. I know I have spent a lot on keeping my dog in good health. (shots, heartworm preventative, flea repellents, to name a few).
Think about it. It is your decision. You know if you can afford a dog now or not.
You can also try newspaper ads.
Best bet will be the animal shelter.

Singapore has one of the largest homeless dog populations in the world. You should be able to find a very nice dog just about anywhere there for free.

They are bringing these dogs to the US and adopting them out for a lot of money..Like we need more dogs in shelters..

Try checking around in Singapore for homeless dogs. I am serious..

Adopt one that you know the history. There are always people who will give their dog away if it is going to a good home. Say, was it Singapore where they were skinning real cats and using the hides on very realistic "pet" cats.

S$50 doesn't seen possible. Try adopting one at SPCA. They do have quality dogs at times.
