how can i remove Rakyat Kelaparan.exe virus from my pc?

i saw it on msconfig but when i try inactive it my pc begain to restart itself.

Type the virus name into Yahoo search bar and see if any removal info. comes up. If not, go to Norton.com and select the virus from the list and see if any special removal aids are available. Good Luck.
