someonecanbme, I think he means why do they have to ask your name because if they're psychic, shouldn't they already know your name without asking?
Maybe they ask because they're not really psychic. Or maybe their powers just don't allow them to "see" certain things.
That's kind of like asking why you don't see psychics winning the lottery all the time. The answer is different based on your beliefs. Either they don't want to use their "powers" that way, or they're not really psychic.

lol...no kidding! If they're psychic they should know all about you without even asking! Some don't though...that should pry be the ones that you should believe in...because why do they need to know your name for anyhow?

For some they need something to connect to for the enregy. Other dont need it. Each reader is different. I can for the most part just read a person with out having the need for a name or location. Everyone has honed their skills differently. Just like we all use differnt divinations.

You do have a point! As one would expect spirits to tell them who you are, point at you if necessary! Having said that ... Friend of mine attended a meeting. 3 Psychics on the latform. One of them asked aloud "Is there anyone called Judy in here". She raised her hand and so did two other people. Psychic looked at the three of them then turned to my friend, told her it was her the spirits wanted to talk to. She then told her the meassage "Your grand-mother says to learn sewing! He is still walking about with holes in his pockets and losing his money". Judy was shocked because!!! She hates sewing (Always did) Her grand-mother brought her up and until she died ... Judy always brought her sewing to her, including ... Her husband's trousers. he always kept some of his tools (Workman) in his pockets and invariably ended up with holes in them!!!

go to www.badpsychics.co.uk.... they've got loads of stuff about people like derek acorah etc.... and the concensus there is that if some one you knew was talking to them then why would you have to put your hand up..... the best psychic i've ever seen is a Blind irish women... Sharon O'Niell..... she knew exactly where abouts she needed to be and if she was talking to the wrong person.... it was quite amazing :)) although i think alot of them are just fakes!

because they aren't really psychics, if they were a real psychic they wouldn't ask your name because they would already know it.
