when you pray you should pray by your own free will not because some one told you to do so,be it your parent teacher or your friend any thing done by force is of no good, asking god for constant favours is not prays some times we should thank for for the good things we have in life .and if there is some misfortune , pray cause that will give you comfort to face the troubled times, at this particular times pray for the world to be at peace, pray in your own way be it christian jew or moslem or hindu, we are living in very troubled times, and pray for the ones specially that ridicule religion and prays as jesus said forgive them father for they no not what they do

No, I am praying for Allah because Allah demanded so, and I pray to Allah to thank Him for what I am.
If my parents were not happy about my treatment to them during their lives, or I might have done them wrong, against the teachings of Islam, I might not go to heaven.

Yes after I finished my pray to Allah at least 5 times in 24 hours ,I ask Allah's blessing to receive my parents'good action (amal) and their worship (ibadah) and ask to forgive their wrong doings if any and also ask Allah to love them.
