weird? theres a few haunted places in st augustine where you can get married. theres also the bellview biltmore..its really old but still beautiful and has alot of history. also, in ybor theres a hotel called the don vincinte and it looks old on the outside but gorgeous on the inside. those are all pretty original too. you can also try the crosley mansion in sarasota or the event factory in tampa.

I think a weird but cool place would be in the lobby of the Hotel Tower of Terror ride at MGM. VERY cool. They would probably charge a fortune though.
