I Heard people who were moelsted as children, Will molest children as adults? If you were molested, Do you want to cause young children great pain and suffering and steal there childhood from them, and make them suffer there entire life?

I think the past tense for hanged is hung..

I was molested as a child.
I never ever had the feeling that I want to hurt a child or anyone!! I hate childmolestation, I will never be able to understand why people abuse children!! I love children and can't imagine to molest them or hurt them in other ways!

The thing is with people who do grow up to molest children like they where molested themselves, they have a screwed up personality. They have got a lot of anger inside and they put that back on new innocent victims. It's a power thing, like they have always felt powerless and now they feel in charge.
It sickens me. And I also think with a good therapeutical treatment, before a new molestation pattern starts, this pattern can be broken.

If you are molested you will have a lot of pain and anger inside. That needs to go out. If that doesn't happen in a good way, things can get way out of hand.

But most people who I know who are molested will never ever hurt a child, never!

I was molested as a child as well and with three kids of my own, the person that lays a hand on them in such a manner won't live another day. So judging by the answers given so far, no children that were molested don't grow up to molest.

i was molested when i was a child and there is no way that i would ever wish that on another child, no matter who it is.

and i think that anyone who molests a child needs to either be locked up or have it cut off because once a molester, they will always be a molester. the statistics prove that.

being molested changes a childs whole life. they will have emotional issues for the rest of their lives. not to mention what being molested does to a childs body. mentally and physically, it remains with that child the rest of their life. i dont feel that any molester should have the power to go out and do that to another child.

I was sexual molested several times and raped. I have overcome this and moved on. I am a very proud mother and I can say, without a doubt, I would never, I mean NEVER, do anything to harm a child (mine or someone else's) or bring them any type of pain. I know what it's like to be molested and used, why would I do that to someone else? I can't imagine how someone who went through what I did, could possibly do that to another human being.
