I really have sweaty palms. Everything I touch is wet. any advice??? I sweat less from other parts of my body..

sweaty palms is actually called as Palmar Hyperhydrosis. it 's sometimes related to certain cardiac conditions but other times its heriditary. It occurs becoz the overactivity of the sympathetic nerves which makes it cold, clammy and really sweaty. The temporory solution for it is using a basic salt in low conc like aluminium hydroxide or even just washing ur hand with soap would cease the sweating ...as for permanent treatment there is something called the thoracoscopic sympathectomy which is cutting the sympathetic nerves that causes the sweating...

See your doctor. There is actually a new medicine for that. Sweaty palms also can be a sign of some serious illnesses.

Use anti-persperant (not deodorant) on your palms.

But you should be doing cardio and diet if you are over weight and out of shape. This will cure the problem not just treat it.

me too I have sweaty palms....even in cold winter it sweats...
