Hebrew.
The spoken hebrew has been preserved down through the ages ever since the time of Adam. People assume that since language was broken up into 70 varieties after the tower of Babel, they miss an important fact.
The tower of Babel happened with the descendants of Ham. Nimrod decided to build the tower and for his arrogance of thinking himself as great as God, everyone's languages working on the tower split into 70 different langauges.
What the scholars miss is that the descendants of Shem weren't involved with the children of Ham, so of Shem's line, their language wasn't splintered into 70, but kept whole as it was. Shem's descendants settled in the area of the middle east and Ham's settled to the south.
The language of Shem's children is a straight line from Adam down to Moses. While the written form of Hebrew has changed from its primitive form to its present day form, the spoken language part has never changed.
So an interesting fact is gathered from this... since we can trace the use of spoken Hebrew back from Moses all the way to Adam, then we can finally answer the question, what language does God speak?
Hebrew.
