Oh, I've seen old shoes, some crows, clothing, drawings, signs, cans, bottles, mattresses....all kinds of crazy things on old walls and fences.

all sorts of things from insects to old paint. i'd be wary of lead based paint so don't eat paint chips, and don't plant tomato plants near old walls. they'll suck the lead right out of the soil...
