Long time ago,there was a man in Rome who had a very gud story to tell. He used to say that a few years back my birthday used to come every year then it started coming with a break of few years between two and finally, unfortunately, it just stopped coming?So, what was the date of his birth also why they just stopped coming. He was probably born in the month of february.i know the two emperors of Rome, Ceasar Augustus and Julius Ceasar each took a day from february and added it to the months of August and July respectively, that probably affected the man's birthday but i can't really explain his case now am sorta sleepy.be sure to post me the answer would love to know.
