Not if they are new...you will end up with them not in the right place and it would be pretty uncomfortable anyway. My best friend got 300 cc implants (through the belly button, under the muscle...ouch) and she couldn't wipe her own butt or brush her hair for over two weeks. I had hair brushing duty...the boyfriend had to pull his own weight on bathroom duty.
