It depends on the subject. If it were about Christianity, then no. If it were about cats, no. However, if were about say which celebrity does the most for the world, and why you believe this, than yes I could. This type of question would be about persuading others and does not effect the way I believe, or what I like. I could then concentrate on the evidence given.

Why would you try to remain neutral?
This is merely entertainment and has no consequences one way or another.
The answer I chose for my last question was based on the fact it amused me. It more or less answered the question in a sarcastic, cynical way and it amused me.
If people were looking for serious answers they would use a search engine.

the answer selected while remaining neutral may not be the 'best' answer
this is like when choosing something/ making decisions, some people will follow their own intuitions
what's best for one person is not necessarily the best for another one
so pls don't worry

Why would you want to be? It is an opinion as to what the best answer is. And Like Harry said: Look it up. I can't write that here :) http://home.comcast.net/~ebonkim/Personal_Opinions1.htm

Probably not, because each person judges by their own thoughts, opinions, and beliefs.
