The best group to call is the State Police, corruption section. They deal directly with this type of crime. Outside of this the DEA has jurisdiction over drug cases in the U.S. They would be very interested in this case and would seriously investigate and prosecute anyone involved. Send them the proof that you have and they will act.

actually both are right. If the judges and "big shots " control the drug dealing, your best option is to go the feds. The drug enforcement administation (not agency) & the F.B.I naturally the DEA handle drug related matters but the FBI are needed to handle the corruption investigation. You should not limit yourself to who you go to for help, just avoid obviously anyone locally for your own safety. You can report to a high ranking official with the state Police, The state Attorneny Generals office, call the criminal director in the city that is your state's capital.
You have me wondering how you know this? do you merely suspect? Do you know? If you know do you have any solid concrete evidence? If you do you need to take extraordinary precautions to safeguard it until you can get it into the hands of federal officials. if you do not and they suspect that you are going to be trouble, you need to do something to protect yourself in the meantime, like carry a digital voice operarted tiny recorder with you at all times & have it well hidden, so that anything anyone says to you especially any threats will be recorded if needed later. You can purchase them at radio shack or on the internet, make sure to get the kind you can download onto your pc & one that has LONG battery time& BE CAREFUL

That's what they all say on TV. Do you honestly believe the whole town is on the take, some maybe, but not all. Call the Governor's office.
