Hello,

Here is a good bbq sauce,

A Very Popular BBQ Sauce

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 1/2 cups ketchup
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 1/2 tablespoons dry mustard
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
2 dashes hot pepper sauce

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

DIRECTIONS:
In a blender, combine brown sugar, ketchup, vinegar, water and Worcestershire sauce. Season with mustard, paprika, salt, pepper, and hot pepper sauce. Blend until smooth.

Notes:

This will fill a 32 ounce ketchup bottle exactly. Cut back on the brown sugar to make it less sweet, or add more Worcestershire for more 'steak sauce' appeal.

Enjoy

A quick way is to pick a smoky BBQ sauce already on the market that you like the flavor of and sweeten it with brown sugar. It's a quick fix and lot's less time consuming than starting from scratch. If brown sugar doesn't sweeten it enough for you, add some honey.

isn't it gooood,

try this: buy a good quality bbq sauce and add:

honey,
brown sugar,
a little white vinegar,
some 'liquid smoke'

adjust quantities according to taste. just write down how much of each you've added, so you can make more later ;)
