i can assume that since you dont know what a complete sentence is that you also do not know what time card fraud is. it is a way that employees cheat the company out of money. one employee will punch the other employee's time care in to indicate that the employee showed up to work on time, or out, to indicate the employee stayed later then he/she did. this causes the company to pay for the labor of the employee even though they were not there.

OK, well I have a question "ABOUT" timecard fraud... My son really had a time card for a restaurant. He ended up quiting and when he went to get his check from the restaurant, the owner said I dont know what your talking about "I never seen a timecard".

So what do you do in this case, he has the time card and my son cant prove he worked that week.

IS A BAD THING TO DO. YOU CAN AND PROBABLY WOULD BE FIRED IF CAUGHT DOING THAT. IT'S JUST LIKE STEALING MONEY FROM THE COMPANY. AND IF YOU GET FIRED FOR DISHONESTY, WHAT WILL YOU TELL THE NEXT PROSPECTIVE EMPLOYER IN AN INTERVIEW FOR WHY DID YOU LEAVE YOUR LAST JOB?
