Not really, most of the people that are getting tattoos don't enjoy the pain.

Some people get tattoos to mark stages and events in their lives. Some just to be noticed. And oddly enough some people become addicted to tattooing just like some become addicted to plastic surgery. I dont think its the pain they like, though some may. Mine wasn't particularly painful. Demonic is putting a religious judgement on it. Im sure some like to shock and im sure some will be very sorry at some point that they got the tattoos that they did. I think often its someones search for themselves, an identity. If they cant find it, then they create it. Always someone wants to judge, but we dont know whats going on in the persons life, so just live and let live and give up the judgement game.

I don't think getting tattoos are "demonic" or "bad" (I have two myself, and I wish to get more), only those tattoos that encourage hate and intolerance are the ones I personally consider "bad"...
And some people do like the pain, but those people are called masochists, and they usually do something other than get tattoos. For me personally, I had no real pain when I got both of mine, and mine were in "sensitive" areas(like with the one on my back, I actually fell asleep). Pain tolerance depends on the person, and also where you're getting it...although i saw a man crying getting a tattoo on his arm, and that's supposed to be the least painful place to get one.
So, if you're wishing to get a tattoo and it's not hateful, go for it...if you're just curious, now you know. Have fun.

Not demonic unless they are all evil depictions. Some Christians get a cross tatoo. I don't want one because in the Bible,in Genesis, it says God marked Cain when he killed his brother Abel. My friend says that somewhere in the New Testament it says not to mark the body.

To me tattoos are actually pretty mundane. I don't even notice them on people any more. My spouse is a tattoo artist so it's always kinda right there. (coincidentally, I have no tattoos...maybe I'll get one one of these years?) Yeah, but I've seen it and heard it all. People get them for artistic purposes, for worship, for affiliation, in memorium...just because it is in them to be done. No, it is not demonic. Just another part of the human experience.

From what I've heard, the pain level varies depending on the location of the tattoo--and also on how much pain you can bear. Obviously, it can't hurt too much, or you'd hear screams of agony every time you walked past a tattoo parlor!

ihave tatoos on my back. i was straight when i got mine. mine are fine line. people ask me all the time,"does it hurt". my response is to let me carve on u with a straight razor! but no is not devilish to want more. i have skin that does not take color well. if fades in few months. i would like to get more, but i can no longer afford it. plus there is a matter of trust involved.

I wouldn't call it demonic since I'm a Christian and I have Tats. However in my opinion those who enjoy the pain have "issues". For those who say it is desecrating the temple of God, I say it's not temple desecration but rather temple decoration :o).

If you think about it, it is a form of addiction and bondage. The person getting the tattoo may not be demonic.

If you're a Christian, the Bible says you shouldn't tatoo yourself as your body is the temple of God.
