God is just!
he will deal with all things justly!
IF they truly repent, they should try to right the pain they caused!
Maybe, they will still have the memories of the pain they caused! That would not be so great for all eternity!

Actually the answer is no, people who are "saved" can not go around and murder, rape, and molest...they "loose" their salvation, if they do not repent...and I mean repent, not say they're sorry and go out and do it again...hence repent and not just say "sorry" and go about your business.
But salvation is a free gift...it was given by God to save mankind from hell. You do not have to "work" for your salvation, but you can't be flippant about your behaviour either.
The once saved always saved dogma is, in my opinion, a false doctrine. You must reafirm your faith, or else why have it...but that does not mean that you have to jump through hoops to get it.
So your question is not a yes or no question...it is more a "yes, if" and a "no, if" question. There are some that are "saved" that are not "saved"...while there are those that don't seem to be saved but are...salvation is about faith and belief...not yes and nos.
Am I "saved" but if i murder, and I do not repent, am I still saved...no. To understand the specifics, you have to do the research...simple as that.

Nope you are wrong. Salvation is a free gift but it comes with the Holy Spirit who changes you. Jesus says in that no man may enter heaven unless he is born again. This is not something we do but something done to us by God. He changes who we are.
Anybody who can kill and rape, has not the Holy Spirit in them and still needs Gods free gift. Being changed to be more and more Christ like is part of the free gift. It is a package deal.

First, if someone started raping and molesting children, or anyone for that matter, than chances are that person was never saved.
Second, sin is sin, not matter what value humans put on it. God can forgive all but one, and that is rejection of Him.
Third, those who are truly saved, will not commit these horrendous acts, after they are saved, because God starts to change their hearts.
Fourth, when Christians do these kind of acts, what kind of witness does this leave?

We may see that it is possible for us to lose a portion of the reward which we might enjoy in heaven, (2 John 1:8.) The rewards of heaven will be apportioned to our character, and to our services in the cause of religion in this life, and they who "sow sparingly shall reap also sparingly." Christians often begin their course with great zeal, and as if they were determined to reap the highest rewards of the heavenly world. If they should persevere in the course which they have commenced, they would indeed shine as the stars in the firmament. But, alas! Their zeal soon dies away. They relax their efforts, and lose their watchfulness. They engage in some pursuit that absorbs their time, and interferes with their habits of devotion. They connive at error and sin; begin to love the comforts of this life; seek the honors or the riches of this world; and though they may be saved at last, yet they lose half their reward.
It is true, salvation is free! Although, the rewards we will receive in heaven will be different.

Good question. However, salvation is only a free gift to those who are being saved, and not to those who are perishing.
Man is born into sin, his very nature is sinful, he is destined for hell, and that is where he will go unless he repents of his sins and asks forgiveness from God and gives his life to Christ.
He must die to self, and start finding what Gods plan is for his life, and he can only find that out by having a real knowlege of his Saviour Jesus.
The very fact that we must repent means that you are not going to heaven just beacuse your family had you christened as a child, YOU MUST make the decision yourself to repent from your sins and the wicked and selfish life us humans lead.
It is then a free gift from God. It cannot be bought, although the RC church will "sell it" to you if you are foolish enough to pay!
If you believe the words of Jesus and follow him AND REPENT, you will be saved, freely. OK?

Salvation is a result of a person's entire life, not just a quick moment. There's no hokus pokus here, one has to believe in God and His Word and also one needs to do good deeds.
In all religions, faith and good works are the testimony of one's life, and in all religions, Paradise is granted as a gift anyway, IF YOU LIVE YOUR LIFE ACCORDING TO THE SCRIPTURES TO THE BEST OF YOUR ABILITY. (I'm not e-yelling, just using upper case for emphasis.) Anyone who believes in the "1-2-3 Steps to Heaven" baloney that's found in tracks (spelling?) as the ONLY means to Paradise is a fool. One's life must show his/her beliefs.
If we get married (say you're a guy), and I say "Oh honey, I love you so much!" on our wedding day, and then I lie and cheat on you and steal from you left and right, for years to come, do I love you? What if I said, "But rememeber our wedding day, I proclaimed to you in the presence of God and the community that I love you!" If this were to happen, then yes I would have proclaimed my love for you but I sure as hell would be proving otherwise by all that sinning against you. All those bad things prove that my "proclamation" on the wedding day was just hot air.
Hope that makes it clear.

Salvation is the first step. the next step is to keep up the good works. the third step is to be a good person all together (although not perfect). Have to have all steps to enter the Kingdom of Heaven. The road is small and the gate is narrow. It's not easy to go there. So yeah... salvation it self is not enough. Gotta toil and be fruitful.
Matthew 7:21
"Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.
Matthew 5:48
Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect.

As long as they repent of their actions and turn away from their evil deeds, then yes, they will still go to heaven. Jesus said, " but he who stands firm to the end will be saved." (Matthew 24:13) Yes it is a free gift but you can not just do whatever you want and think you'll get away with it. Jesus said, "He who STANDS FIRM until the end will be saved." Standing firm is upholding the teachings of Christ and being transformed by the renewing of your mind. " Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will." (Romans 12:2)

In theroy, yes.
And sinners backslide, sure.
BUT, and this is a big one, the Bible tells us that we will know a Christian by the fruit of his labor, for one. So anyone who does those things, and claims to be saved, and yet feels no guilt nor remorse, is unlikley a Christian.
now, for the sake of argument, lets say they are, and they are SO backsliden that they have become rapists and murderers. Okay, can they get to heaven, Yes. But keep in mind, we will ALL be judged, and noone knows what our judgments will be, even those "saved" will be judged, none will be spared of that. So maybe in heaven he will be the porta-potty cleaner guy.

The thing is, to be saved you need to live according to God's word. Does God's word say you can kill, rape or molest?
