Why is it that baptists think we will all go to hell because the only difference between us and them is that we don't believe Jesus was the masiah. Anyways Jesus was jewish! I mean come on, we never push our religion on anyone else why do they. Anyway, we believe there isn't a hell so obviously we can't go there. Every day of my life someone says im going to hell or call me some name. God created everyone equally so that makes all of us right and everyone wrong to eachother. Why can't we just have 1 simple religion and all love eachother.

We all know it isn't real but people don't want to believe it. And no Baptists say there meaning is to convert everyone, Jews are just there to be together.

you have to understand that the baptists(protestants) are some of the most self- rightious creatures on the earth. officially their doctrine says the chosen people have salvation but the actual lay-members(especially of the southern baptists) tend to be less tolerant of jews. they are decendants of racists. the united states was a largely racist country through the 1960s and 70s and before. and back then white protestants though that the jews were christ killers.

I'm not a Jew, so forgive me for putting my two cents in.
North America is mostly Christian. People, being the way they are, tend not to research deeply into something, at least most people don't. That requires reading and concentration and time and effort, most people don't wanna put out this kind of effort. So what do they do? They listen to their leader (in this case, their clergy) and simply copy what they hear. Some do read, but very few actually do research. Even fewer do so with a COMPLETELY open mind, even if that means that as a result of their search, they find themselves faced with the possibility of changing religions.
Anyway, most people are Christian and mentally lazy. And many people are just plain rude, as you've seen in many many many countless posts here in Answers. Baptists (most Protestants) are taught to promulgate their religion, they call it witnessing. Some are persistent, even to the point of bickering and insulting. Again, small minded rudeness.
Rudeness, mental laziness, and selfishness (not thinking of the other person's feelings). That's the reason in my book.
(Confession: I'm not a Christian, so I'll admit, writing that was FUN!!!! Hehehe!!!)

It part of their faith and religion. While many believe themselves to be caring and loving when they say things like this, they don't realize how they come across to us.
The problem is this, interpretation comes from within one's mind, therefore truth also comes from within. What is needed for everyone to have one simple religion is for truth and interpretation to come from God alone, not from people. Once the truth is revealed from God, then humans will have to make a choice - keep their own false religions or accept God's truth.
Until then, there will be a lot of bickering back and forth.

I'm not here to shove Christianity down your throat. I know the topic said Jews only, but please just listen. The people who kept telling you you were going to hell shouldn't have done that. They should have waited till you asked them. If we had one simple religion, the world would be quite a boring place. Still, just do this if you want to. No harm in it. Go to church one of these Sundays, and see for yourself what its like. Then decide for yourself how you should judge the Christians.

As for your male and female slaves whom you may have: you may buy male and female slaves from among the nations that are round about you.
You may also buy from among the strangers who sojourn with you and their families that are with you, who have been born in your land; and they may be your property.
You may bequeath them to your sons after you, to inherit as a possession forever; you may make slaves of them, but over your brethren the people of Israel you shall not rule, one over another, with harshness. (Leviticus 25:44-46)1
In regard to inter-racial marriage there are unmistakable passages where God commanded, "You shall not make marriages with them."
And When the Lord thy God shall deliver them before thee; thou shalt smite them, and utterly destroy them, thou shalt make no covenant with them, nor show mercy unto them;
Neither shalt thou make marriages with them; thy daughter thou shalt not give unto his son, nor his daughter shalt thou take unto thy son. . . .(Deuteronomy 7:2-6)2
The Bible goes on to say to Israelites who marry non-Israelites, "so will the anger of the Lord be kindled against you." (Deuteronomy 7:4)3
Elsewhere the Old Testament decries the mixing
