an eye infection! I now have scar tissue all the way around my eye! I have severe headaches, countious running eye, red. Sensitive to all light! Starting to bring me down in the dumps!

The infection was most likely due to you having bacteria on your hands/under your nails. You should always scrub your hands before you do anything with your contacts. If it was a bad batch of solution, they would have recalled it because there would have been other cases.
