Probably Chronic Dehydration. Drink 6-8 glasses of distilled water with a dash of unrefined sea salt every day. If this does not eliminate the problem quickly, start an elimination diet.

Allergists might tell you what is wrong with you but they most often prescribe immune suppressants. This stops your body from telling you that you are putting something toxic in it. A better answer is to find what you are allergic to some type of food, quit it.

If you can not get to a doctor to find what is causing your health crisis, you can do an elimination diet to identify what is toxic to your body.

Eliminate all dairy for a week. If flare up continue, eliminate another food.

Eliminate glutens or wheat product including pasta, pizza, bread etc.. the next week if their is no change

Eliminate other foods you consume daily.

Your cleaning product may be causing you problems. Scented
laundry detergent or soap often contain toxic chemicals that you might be having an allergic reaction to.

Elimination of one product each week could help you determine what is causing your flare ups if you do not have a food allergy.

Printers ink, lead, mercury, mold. or some other environmental toxin may be causing your flare ups.

Eliminate the source of the problem and you will have your answer. It is easy to get a shot and make it all go away for a little while but being a conscious thinking person who educates instead of medicates is the higher road and one I would consider. If you can afford to find what you are allergic to from a doctor, great, but beware any doctor who gives you an immune suppressant instead of a diet.
