If I understand your question (and I believe I do), the guy you mentioned probably wasn't in the military. He was probably just a UPS driver and wanted to get your package shipped off. I hope it got there on time! By the way, I am guessing that you thought he was homosexual because of his little brown shorts, however, I urge you to let go of this kind of stereotype-thinking, It only hurts people! I hope this helps!

1. It is still a violation of the UCMJ (Uniform Code of Military Justice) to act in a homosexual manner or engage in homosexual actions. It is punishable by imprisonment in Ft. Levenworth Military Prison, loss of all pay and rights, and reduction to E-1 (Private Recruit).

Uh, I get the idea you're not serious. But there are what's referred to as "meat gazers" in the service. Whether it's simple curiousity on who'se packin the most heat, or if it's sexual, I could'nt tell you. But some guys do, look below the belt while in the showers. If the Genereal responds to a guy lookin is a better telltale on the dude's sexuality.
