both are correct depending on what you want to say. If you want to say that you cant drink and smoke at the same time anymore then 1 is correct, but if you want to say that you cant either drink or smoke anymore then 2 is correct.
(1 means that you cant do them both at the same time 2 means that you cant do either one of them)

Number two is correct. One says you can not do both at the same time. Two, however keeps both independent of each other. One comment, if you want to keep your English teacher happy, do not use contractions.
