No. We are who we are. We like what we like. We believe what we believe. Changing anything would defy who and what we are.
Do I want to go to a grocery store and worry about calculating how many calories or fat grams I can eat in a day? Heck no. I'm going to buy what I like to eat, even if it kills me 10 years before the normal time. Even if I feel pain from gall stones or kidney stones (which I've had).
If you want to be a biological robot controlled by society's beliefs, feel free. But, I choose to be me.
The only thing I would have done differently is move to a different planet.

I think I have lived this long BECAUSE I have taken care of myself.
Well, except for the smoking, and maybe the drinking, and the wrong foods (pork fat rules), the staying up nights can't be good for me, oh, and the pot of coffee a day - that has to hurt, all that unprotected sex in my younger days probably wasn't to smart. . .
Gee, thanks for making me feel old and run down. :-)
But seriously everything I mentioned above I would not do, if I had the chance to do it over again.
Peace

I have always felt (since I was small, in fact) that I was going to live for a very, very long time, whether I want to or not, and so I better take as good care of myself as I could.
Of course, I have had my fun -- I did say "as I could"... one more Blast Away for the road!
Peace!

I do take excellent care of myself, no refined foods,no sodas, no alcohol,no smoking,no artificial anything. Whole Grain, I grow my own produce, I do eat meat, fish, chicken, lots of veggies and fruits. I eat only to survive, not to indulge.I'm very active. But we don't live forever, you can do all the right things, and poof...one day your gone!!!

Please if the sun stop shining, would you have only rain?
Obviously you are still young and maybe naive. Here are the facts, we will all die, no exceptions. The only thing we can't get back is time.
Now to your silly body question. The answer is no. We are what we are not what we want to be.
